Publishing

SUN MeDIA publishes mainly academic and scholarly titles, as well as conference publications and a small selection of general titles. Our model is based on digital and print-on-demand technology, which enables us to publish niche and specialist research titles where the print-run might be relatively small. Our titles, both in printed and electronic formats, can be purchased online 24/7.

Academic manuscripts under consideration are subjected to an in-depth peer review process to ensure accurate research content which adds value in a specific field. A panel of professional language editors then ensures that the manuscript is ready for design and page layout.

Print

Our products are prepared for production (pre-press/pre-flight), printed, bound and finished in our own production plants – on four different sites. We therefore have complete control over the quality and delivery time of our products. Stringent quality checks during production ensure that each delivered product is of the highest quality.

Design

Covers, page layout, corporate branding and illustrations are some of the design work done by our in-house designers.
